Private group Breathwork sessions

To add a space for breathing, presence, and connection

The Lunch Club is a two-hour break,
in the heart of the day, to release pressure,
awaken the body, and return to breath.
A simple and profound moment,
to experience alone or with others,
to ground yourself, regulate, and leave feeling more alive.
The format:
– A guided breathwork session
(conscious breathing, music, mental release)
– An individually supervised cold bath
to activate the body and anchor presence
– A healthy and comforting meal
